Roger E. Perrine

Roger E. Perrine, 68, of Bangor, PA, died Friday, December 20, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg, Bethlehem, PA. He was the husband of Barbara J. (Longacre) Perrine, with whom he celebrated 30 years of marriage last March. Born in Mitcham, Surrey, England, he was the son of the late Ernest F. Sr. and Hazel A. (Johnson) Perrine. A 1963 graduate of Hunterdon Regional High School, he also attended Rutgers University. He was the owner of Perrine Plumbing, Heating and Electric, Bangor, PA for the many years. He previously worked in the maintenance department of M& M Mars, Hackettstown, NJ for 23 years. He served in the US Army, 101st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War. He was a life member of the Hackettstown VFW. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are: Son, Nicholas Falcone, and his wife Karin. Daughter, Staci George, and her husband Robert. Brothers, Dorman and Norman Perrine. Sisters, Carol Vernon and Dawn Kern. Grandchildren, Cameron George and Zoe Rose Falcone. He predeceased by a brother, Ernest F. Perrine, Jr. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at James J. Palmeri Funeral Home, 6602 Alpha Ave., Martin's Creek. Friends may call one hour prior to services in the funeral home. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Bangor, PA.
